Rewinds & Repairs

EMR has the experience and facilities on site to rewind or recondition all types of electric motors, both three phase and single phase up to around 150 hp. We offer a 24 hour emergency repair service when required to help get your breakdown operational in the shortest possible time.

We're able to repair most types of pumps, fans, gearboxes and their associated controls, and have the facility to offer metal spraying and machining when required. We also hold large stocks of new electric motors, up to 100 hp available in stock from the Burgess Hill warehouse, up to 500 hp on a next day option.

EMR offer a nationwide collection and delivery service as well as being very well positioned to serve the Southern parts of the UK through our close proximity with the M23 and M25 Road Networks.

On-Site Maintenance

EMR offer a complete site maintenance and repair service. We can remove, repair and replace your faulty equipment, all our work is carried out by highly skilled motor and controls specialists with many years experience in the business.

EMR can install and commission all types of inverter drives and energy saving soft starts; as well as offering a full energy saving audit, testing all plant equipment and offering the most effective solutions to save energy and lower your carbon footprint.

If you are a small to medium company you may be eligable for an interest free unsecured Carbon Trust energy efficient loan. Also the Governments Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme is an incentive to chose energy efficient products, enabling companies to write off the full cost against tax in the year of purchase.
